The island of Usedom

A sunny paradise

Salt water on your skin, a fresh sea breeze and sunny days at the beach – relish in the vibrancy of the Baltic Sea.

The sun shines longer on Usedom than anywhere else in Germany. Yet that is not the only reason you should visit our beautiful Baltic island. The extensive sandy beaches are perfect for long walks, and the fine sand is ideal for building impressive sand castles. The coast is lined with traditional and charming seaside resorts and their classical spa architecture. Reeds line the Achterwasser lagoon and pristine natural landscapes, in which turf, lakes and woods await exploration, can be found in the interior of the island.

Although Usedom is the second-largest island in Germany, the atmosphere is very relaxing and serene. This holiday feeling can also be felt on every corner in Zinnowitz. The promenade and the pier with the diving bell are a great destination for a walk. Alternatively, saunter through the nearby shops and boutiques.
