During the base fasting wellness days, only alkaline-forming foods such as fresh fruits, crisp salads, vegetables, herbs, and sprouted grain products are served. Modernly interpreted, the dishes invite you to enjoy them.
In the intermittent fasting program, this means: 16 hours of restraint, 8 hours of soothing and healthy indulgence.
The healthy culinary pampering program is complemented by a framework program focused on relaxation and deceleration with soothing wellness treatments and activity offerings, as well as ongoing support from your Guest Manager.
