What is base fasting?
Base fasting according to Sabine Wacker is fasting with fruits and vegetables, following the motto 100 % eating - 100 % healthy - 100 % natural - 100 % enjoyment.

During the base fasting wellness days, only alkaline-forming foods are served, such as fresh fruits, crisp salads, vegetables, and herbs, as well as sprouts, in the form of creatively interpreted dishes.
The healthy culinary pampering program is complemented by a framework program focused on relaxation and deceleration with soothing wellness treatments and activity offerings, as well as intensive support from your Guest Manager.
